Payment Options

In order to maintain our high standard of service, we require that payment be made at the time services are rendered. We provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges.

Please note: Walk-ins will have a $15 fee added to their invoice. Walk-ins during our surgery time (12:00pm – 3:00pm) and after 6:40pm will have our emergency visit fee of $110 added to their invoice.
